If you have not received an email automatically after you placed your order, then that means the email you provided to us was mistyped. Please contact us so that we can make the changes necessary.
As long as the order has not been fulfilled, then yes, we may exchange the package ordered. This only applies to items that are not personalized/customized.
Allow 1-7 days for your order to be set up and fulfilled. Usually orders will be set up within the following day after purchase but sometimes there can be a delay.
Please allow 24-72 hours for your promotion to begin after you receive a fulfillment email (if you don't receive an email or text about your order being fulfilled, then we haven't set up your promotion yet.). If more than 72 hours have passed by and no growth has started, then please contact us!
Yes, but only if an order hasn't been fulfilled. If any order has been fulfilled then there is NO cancellation for that order. Please let us know as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order so that we can arrange the changes before it's too late. Note: We cannot make exchanges or refunds for personalized/custom packages.
During checkout, you'll be provided with the option to enter a discount code. Make sure to use it during checkout if you have received a code. Also note that any orders over $200 will have an automatic discount code applied for 10% off that entire order.
